We love the spaciousness of the room, the comfortable bed, and how clean everything is. Also great if traveling with a pet. The breakfast is a full hot breakfast with many options and they have a cute bar area that also serves food. Love the hot tub!

Not a mountain view. Photo looks nothing like website. It is a view of a parking lot witb significant traffic noise. If you open the blinds tk the "view" anyone in the parking lot can see inside your room. Front desk said the photos were the same. Seriously. They said they could give me a $10 discount but refused to refund the price difference between a mountain view room and a regular room. Then they refused to give me the $10 discount. Absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel

The room was very nice, warm and comfortable. Very clean and modern. No housekeeping services were provided unfortunately which was surprising for a Hyatt hotel. The restaurant menu is the best advertising in town for other restaurant. Basic bar food was all that was offered. The free breakfast was adequate not exceptional. The location is fabulous I would stay here again but they really should consider hiring someone who can write and produce a menu worthy of a hotel this nice.

First let me say that both the bar tender and the front desk woman were excellent. The woman at the front who checked me in helped with my luggage with a smile. The bartender attended to my concerns quickly and professionally. Now complaints. My burger in the bar had mold. Every morning the housekeepers would laugh and talk loudly outside my door. I was woken up every morning. So disappointed and uncomfortable. I left a day early.

The breakfast was quite good, offering a nice selection, and the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, being very close to the national park, which made exploring the area much easier and more enjoyable for our trip.

The pool area was very inviting. Kids loved it! Great location central to all things Moab. Plenty of parking on the south side to park our trailers. 2 queens and a pullout were great for the entire family.
