The hotel is in excellent condition. As soon as you enter, you're enveloped in a wonderful aroma, and everything is extremely clean and in excellent hygienic condition. The room is spacious, clean, and well-air-conditioned. The only downside is the breakfast, which is very limited in variety and not exceptional in quality. The staff is kind and welcoming.

The evening meal at this hotel was poor . The fish and chips was terrible . The pizza was very good but very few menu options and the quality of the food was sub par . The breakfast offered was far better . We turned off the heat in the room because it was so hot . Hotel was clean and very convenient to arches park which was why we came to Moab

We stayed at the Hyatt Place Moab. Our first time in Moab. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The property was well maintained. The location was perfect. Not too far from Atches or Canyonlands. In the opposite direction is the center of town. Many restaurants to choose from. Easy parking. We would definitely stay again.

The Hyatt is situated in an excellent location just a tad north of where town traffic kind of builds up. Easy to get to and easy to come out of to go into town. We stayed with in-laws in a "Casita", a spacious apartment with two BRs and two baths, a living room, small kitchen and a nice veranda looking out at the red cliffs of Canyonlands and the Arches. Beautiful digs. Great breakfast every morning. Staff are very pleasant and helpful at all times. I really have nothing at all negative to say, just all bright positives. When we return to Moab, and we will, there is no question we'll be back to the Hyatt!
