8 out of 10. We go once a year to mountain bike and get away from big city chaos. The location was perfect. Everything was very clean! Bike storage was great. The downsides air conditioner was extremely loud, tvs were very small. Bathroom had no counter space. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking, flushing, showering etc.

This property is conveniently located right off of the downtown area. You can walk to most restaurants and shopping with plenty of parking.

Place was adequate for our needs as we spent most our time out and about. Bike storage was key! The shower and washing machine could use a deep clean. Shared yard space was not as inviting as the pictures so didn’t use the hot tub. Bed was comfortable but lower units can hear everything from upper units.

This was a quaint little place in the heart of Moab. Just a short drive to Arches Park, which is an absolute MUST if you are in the area. Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. We had everything provided and it was super clean. Proximity to local stores and restaurants were great! Pet friendly was a huge bonus and my dogs were loving the designated turf. It was a great experience overall!

Perfect for our stay

I like it’s right in town so we can walk to most places. The bike storage area was convenient since we didn’t have a lock for the bike rack. They thought of everything for our dog as far as poop bags, bowls, and outside area. Will try to stay here every time we’re in Moab!!

Perfect location!!

This property was perfect for our needs. It couldn’t be more centrally located. Easy drive to Arches and Canyonlands. Great restaurants and shops right around the corner. The apartment was nicely equipped. Bed was comfortable.

The property was exactly as described. Everything was comfortable for two maybe not four.

Good experience. Had our dog and not much outdoor space for him to relieve himself. Access to town was perfect. Great for two but since other two would have to sleep on murphy bed in living room maybe best for one family. I really enjoyed our stay.
