This 5-bedroom, 5-bath luxury estate was custom-built as the ultimate Moab vacation rental. With 3,500+ sq. ft. of indoor living space and 2,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living areas, the villa comfortably sleeps 16 guests—perfect for large groups, family reunions, and retreats. Enjoy a year-round private heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit while taking in the breathtaking views of the red rock desert and La Sal Mountains.

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Moab, 20 minutes to Arches National Park, and 20 minutes to Canyonlands National Park, this villa is the ideal base for exploring southern Utah’s world-famous parks and trails.

Best VRBO I’ve stayed in! Fully stocked with everything we needed. 5 moms and 7 highschool senior boys for spring break. Plenty of space for everyone. Even outside, the guys had their area and the moms had theirs. Hosts were a text away and quick to respond!

This is a wonderful place - our whole family (11) stayed here over Thanksgiving - the kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed to make dinner. Each room except for one has its own bath and TV! Great for a group outing. The outside of the house is nothing to look at it but inside is great as well as the backyard.

Beautiful Desert Escape

Our 3 generation family gathering loved this place. The outdoor space is thoughtfully designed. The heated pool is awesome with a nice sized deck, shallow area for little ones, a shallow ledge all the way around, and an automatic retractable cover. We enjoyed the bocce ball pit, outdoor fireplace, easy to use grill, outdoor TV area, ample parking, and BEAUTIFUL views. Indoors we appreciated the pool table, that 4/5 bedrooms have private baths, and the kitchen's generous stock of dishes, glassware, and silverware. I highly recommend this property!

Great Place To Stay

We had our first multi- family vacation with a mix of children, teens and adults. We wanted a place big enough so everyone could have their own beds and that had plenty of things to do. This house delivered! It was perfect with their private (heated!) swimming pool, hot tub and pool table. Everyone was entertained and they all had a great time. Thank you!

Perfect for everyone

Nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was perfect from booking it to checking out. Communication was great! This house has everything for everyone! It is well furnished and maintained. I’ve stayed at places that are furnished with the cheapest furniture and have the cheapest cookware and dinnerware. Not this place. There are so many things to do when you need a break from going Jeep riding or sightseeing. From the pool and hot tub to the fire pit. There is also a pool table and a ping pong table. Televisions in every room. Very spacious too! We had 13 people and everyone had a bed with a couple of beds only occupied by 1 person. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be back!

This was the perfect place to host 3 other couples and our two adult children for a Moab wedding. We were able to host 15 friends and family easily for a BBQ on night. The home was spectacular - everything as advertised. The property exceeded our expectations.

Desert Escape

This house was amazing! So many great room options for sleeping. We came all the way from Virginia with 3 families. 6 Adults, & 7 Kids and we never felt cramped. The Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and patio area for games while the Adults socialized. Views were also spectacular. I would Definitely recommend this property.
