When we arrived the office was empty except for another customer. No explanation at the time. We could not turn the fan off on the a/c unit. Manager couldn’t either and then tried to make it sound normal. Finally he gave us another room. There was a 4-inch string of dust hanging from the bathroom light. A light bulb was burned out over the bathroom mirror, and the 4 lights there were upside down, thereby not giving the amount of light it could have. The heat light in the bathroom was not working. The refrigerator was so cold it froze the salad we had put in there. And the refrigerator was dripping water on the floor when we left. The freezer unit had not been deiced. Needed more light in the room. 2 of the lamps had very direct focus and so their light area was very limited. We would not stay there again.

Good location, clean, staff very courteous and even had air conditioner on to cool the room before we arrived. did not receive email as expected letting me know our check-in procedures but staff was rapidly available to help.

Staff was very helpful, although I did not need any help. Clean and fresh but my motor home has never been this unlevel. You could lay a coke can in the floor and it would roll to the back wall picking up speed all the way. Parking was angled and very tight. Lots of street noise.

Spider webs in room, only one towel, no washcloths, no area in bathroom for toiletries. Desk person not in office. Ice machine had all ice stuck together. Don't go!
