Adventure Inn & Motel provided terrific value and was surprisingly convenient to our off-road tour company and saved us a lot of time traveling to and from Arches NP. It is the perfect spot, with superior access and a great value with a staff who was intent on making my stay all it could be.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Otherwise this place is a dump. Everything in disrepair. Junk all around property. Dirty rooms, lousy sheets and towels. Has the feel of a business just barely staying alive. Cheapest place in town and no bedbugs, so there is that.

When we arrived the office was empty except for another customer. No explanation at the time. We could not turn the fan off on the a/c unit. Manager couldn’t either and then tried to make it sound normal. Finally he gave us another room. There was a 4-inch string of dust hanging from the bathroom light. A light bulb was burned out over the bathroom mirror, and the 4 lights there were upside down, thereby not giving the amount of light it could have. The heat light in the bathroom was not working. The refrigerator was so cold it froze the salad we had put in there. And the refrigerator was dripping water on the floor when we left. The freezer unit had not been deiced. Needed more light in the room. 2 of the lamps had very direct focus and so their light area was very limited. We would not stay there again.
