Room wasnt overly clean the parking area is dirty carpark in quite messy and open both ends cctv cameras are not connected in all areas pool isn unusable and closed off the gentlemen in check in was ok if thats a bonus.

Bathroom was old and delapidated , towel rail had fallen off the wall when we got there, bench metal edge had come off and sticks out , bed side light was missing globe, bed side light had bare wires exposed ( electrocution waiting to happen) and room only suitable for 1 person, no seat or plates crockery for second person. I have photos to substantiate all issues

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Latrobe Motel in Morwell. The room was in extremely poor condition and requires serious maintenance. There were several issues, including broken and torn curtains, a broken toilet seat, cracked bathroom tiles, and even a spider in the room. These problems made the stay very uncomfortable and well below an acceptable standard for paid accommodation. Given the condition of the room, I believe a refund is reasonable and request that my payment be reimbursed. Please let me know how this refund can be processed. I have several photos available to support my complaint if needed.
