The property was even better than I expected. We loved it. The pool was so close to the property and the beach. Definitely recommend!

This condo was conveniently located but so very quiet. We walked to the beach and with our handy dandy beach wagon we didn’t have to worry about fussing with parking at the beach, which, if you’ve ever travelled to Destin, you know can be a pain. The pool was right outside the back door, it was quiet, and with multiple kiddos in our group, we felt comfortable letting them run around outside. We will stay here again!

About 1 hr later after we checked in received a call that we can't stay there and will have to move due to some bug issues, they should not let book this place, they knew it, we booked a day before arrival

The condo itself was very nice. Fully stocked with everything expected. Close to the pool area. When late check out was offered at $60. I stated I was interested. Next thing I know I had an $82 charge to my debit card. When I emailed about the charge I never received a reply. If it was $82 they should have said $82 upfront or informed me of the full amount before charging my card.
