Welcome to SUNFLOWER SEA'd! This unit is ON THE BEACH. It is literally a two minute stroll to the water's edge, one minute to the pool, with a great sunset view of the beach. This condo is on the third floor, west facing, and only two stair-flights if you wish to skip the elevators, in the Sandestin Resort's premier property, Westwinds. Perfect for airline-flying guests because all necessities are stocked, and you have a six-seater golf cart. We try to accommodate your flight schedule when possible, as much as possible.

You can take the golf cart to Baytowne Wharf for an evening of adventure and fireworks and to Grand Boulevard for Publix and movie theater. The Westwinds pool is heated year-round, and the hot tub and well-equipped fitness room and studio assure that you will always have a place to exercise and enjoy life and health. The poolside tiki hut will grill you a fish fillet, make you a drink, and provide all the ice cream treats the kids can handle.

This condo exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely come again and recommend to friends. First, the location was perfect in Sandestin resort. Beach was beautiful with plenty of beach supplies provided. Not crowded since it is private for the condo building owners and guests. Belinda also provided a good amount of information before our arrival including nice recommendations. The condo unit itself was perfect for us. Well stocked is an understatement. Best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Super clean when we arrived which my girlfriend is particular about and truly appreciated. Everything was in working order. Pool area was nice though we were mostly at the beach. There was a poolside shack for food and drinks which was convenient to grab lunch (burgers, sandwiches, salads). Safe area in a gated community with access codes required to get onto your specific condo building grounds. Overall, happy we chose this place for our vacation.

Phenomenal Stay!

I have taken my kids to Miramar Beach every Spring Break for the last 10 years and have stayed in a variety of VRBOs. This location is hands down the best location we have stayed. The host has thought of everything you might need to make your vacation phenomenal and worry free! The condo is extremely neat and organized and includes many of the comforts of home. This is one I highly recommend!!

This property Sun Sea’d had by far the best amenities. This condo had everything you could need for a beach vacation. Chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to carry your beach supplies. Toys and boogie boards, beach towels, if you needed it, it was there. The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances you could need, it had a filled pantry for cooking, spices, condiments, plenty of paper towels, paper plates, utensils. I have never had a condo that provided all these amenities. If you wanted to fly to Destin and not worry about taking all those extras, this condo is what you need. We were there during hurricane Helene, the owner kept in touch with us to be sure we were prepared for any weather, she was the Best! Definitely will stay with her again! The attention and planning she takes for guests is amazing. Gift bags with lotions in each bathroom, mentos for snacks in each bedroom and a toy for the kids! Amazing attention to every detail to make your vacation the best possible and worry free.

Winter escape to Sandestin

Condo is very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need during your visit. The owner provides very thorough instructions and information to make the most out of your visit. Condo was clean and lived up to its billing and the online representations. We did experience a bathroom maintenance issue during the stay, but these things happen and it was resolved. The positives for this condo greatly outweigh the opportunities for improvement… two items to share: 1) be frugal with the use of hot water; there were only two of us, and the second person taking a shower definitely experienced less hot water; 2) the shower head in the master bathroom is overly complex with much less water pressure vs. the other bathroom shower. To be clear, these are minor items and we greatly enjoyed our stay… we would not hesitate to stay in this condo again in the future. The owner clearly cares about ensuring a positive experience for visitors.

Warmth—Inside and Out

There are not enough good words to express our joy with our stay! From scheduling to checkout, Ms Kimble and her workers provided beautiful accommodations, spotlessly clean, exceptionally equipped for both our “needs” and our “wants.” If I could have brought the bed home with me, I would have!!! Belinda is very organized and anticipated any questions/needs we had. Both condos were beautiful and our vacation was filled with joy and many, many happy memories…often due to our host’s preparation and hospitality. Perfect place to stay for our family of four

This condo couldn't have been more perfect for us. It was my husband and I and our two daughters (ages 5 & 7) and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our week in paradise. First (and one of THE most important things for me, being the clean/neat freak that I am) this place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. So many thank you's to Sue and Susie for making this happen! The beds were made to perfection and sooo comfortable. Lots of extra pillows too which was a plus! The condo was very well appointed with lots of "extras" that you normally don't get, such as thoughtful items in the bathrooms (anything you may have forgotten). There's also a beach storage room that Belinda will graciously give you access to that is very well stocked with sand toys, floaties, coolers, etc. Stuff that we would have had to go out and buy (since we flew down) had it not been for Belinda's generosity! My girls LOVED the welcome gifts of mini stuffed animals, candy and flashlights (we used them for nighttime crab hunts!) This condo is also very conveniently located right across from the only ice machine in the building which made it very easy to fill our coolers every day. It's also a short walk down the stairwell to the pool and beach access. The view from the balcony is stunning for sunrises. The pool was immaculate and never too crowded. There's a poolside shack for all your tropical drinks and a few food items to choose from such as burgers, salads, etc that were all delicious! Shoutout to the sweet girl that ran the place. She was a rockstar and made amazing cocktails! Overall, I can't recommend this place enough... from the property of Sandestin Resort itself, to this specific condo, to the STUNNING beach and clean, beautiful pool, etc etc etc. Last but certainly not least, THANK YOU Belinda for being so so sweet and accommodating!!! We appreciated having you as our amazing host and hope you'll have us back one day! Sooner rather than later ;)

Enjoyable stay. Good location. Property owner was very accommodating and generous with supplies left in the condo.
