Great for couples or small families, this tranquil studio condo is located on the 4th floor of the Pilot House, directly overlooking the pool, on the award winning Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Enjoy the plentiful amenities this resort has to offer, or explore the shops and restaurants at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf just steps away. And of course, for a day of fun and sun at the beautiful emarald coast private beach, hop on the tram just outside the front door of the Pilot House!

The Pilot House welcomes you with its plentiful amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, grills, and fireplace. Enjoy being adjacent to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, a pedestrian market place that hosts a variety of dining and shopping venues as well as day & night activities for all ages.

Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf. The resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts; biking; fishing; kayaking; boogie boarding; restaurants and shopping. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around.

We offer a Keurig coffee machine and a jar with k-pods for your use. Once these are gone, you will need to purchase your own pods.

Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Since you go directly to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach and other resort amenities. However, we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo.

Please note: Motorcycles are not allowed in Sandestin Resort. Pets are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

Awesome location!

Such a great little place for me and the kids. Kids slept on the pull out sofa and it was actually comfortable! It’s right by the pool, parking is very short distance, and Baytown wharf is right there!! The owner was so sweet and readily available to us when we had some issues using the code to get in the door! Fast responses! Will definitely be returning and I highly recommend for couples and a quick trip for small families!

Small place, but perfect for a couple. We really appreciated the view overlooking the pool as well. Palm trees right off the balcony. The location right on the wharf was great having easy access to all of the fun spots within walking distance of the room. Jennifer was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Pretty flawless process, and would definitely love to come back again. Lovely trip.

First, the property manager Jennifer was very helpful and maintained excellent communication before, during and after our stay. Much appreciated! This was the perfect room for a couple. Communication with the owner was excellent. Snacks were provided as was a closet with beach accessories plus two cards for use of the resort tram. The pool was outstanding. We walked from our room overlooking the pool to the other side of the pool, down the stairs and we were at the Baytown Wharf Center. We would easlily stay here again. What a Great Room/Great Location!

Adorable studio great location

You can tell the owners have great pride in their sweet property. It was clean and well appointed. Coffee, popcorn, beach toys and beach chairs. A nice balcony overlooking the pool and outside the from door is the Baytown Wharf. It's small but it works for a couple with two small kids.

The property is very nice and there are lots of things to do in Baytowne Wharf which is right out of the front door. The unit was very clean and the pool area is very nice and wasn't very busy our entire stay. I wish there were grilling utensils in the unit to be able to utilize the grilling area but that was the only thing I would change. Great property for a couple that doesn't require a lot of space.
