This then leads you over to the wooden dining table that seats 6 with 3 extra bar stools at the breakfast bar. Up the wooden staircase, the half bathroom is located off of a landing before reaching the second floor. Continue up the stairs to the second floor where the 1st and 2nd bedrooms are located. The 1st bedroom consists of a Queen bed, flat screen television, connecting bath with a double vanity, a shower tub combination, and double French doors to the balcony with bistro table and chairs overlooking the courtyard. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, flat screen television with French doors to the shared balcony with a bistro table and chairs overlooking the courtyard. A hallway bath with marble vanity, and a shower bath combination complete the second floor.

Located on the third floor is the 3rd bedroom, which is a truly sumptuous and completely private master suite consisting of a King bed, a flat screen television, and the connecting bath featuring a double vanity, a garden tub, a marble and glass shower. The private balcony offers woven lounge chairs overlooking the courtyard fountains.
