Beachfront condo in Miramar Beach

The unit was nice and comfortable and has incredible views from the balcony and main bedroom. Literally steps away to the beach and was very nice to have beach chairs provided in the unit’s beach closet. My only drawback was that there was construction in the lobby of the building that I wasn’t aware of, but of course that’s only temporary. Had a very relaxing stay here!

Great place, super convenient

Clean and the property managers called to check on me every day to ask how things were. The shower handle was broken. And they let me know ahead of time and had someone out to fix it very quickly. Right on the beach, access was so convenient and the pool was great.

Amazing property!

We stayed here with our young children and loved the space! The views were breathtaking, loved the quick and easy walk to the beach! The condo was clean and had everything for the beach we needed. The only downfall was the pool was closed due to construction on the building. I don’t recall seeing that on the description when I booked but we made the best of it and had excellent weather so spent most of the time at the beach. We would definitely book here again! Oh, and we loved that parlor donuts was just a short walk away!!!!

2nd Floor Oasis

The location of this condo is one of the most attractive features of this property. Being able to park on the second level and just walk in is a game changer. The view is beautiful and the decor very pleasing. The only negative would be what others have mentioned. The kitchen is not very well stocked - seriously, had to buy a pizza pan because there were no flat pans. Other than that, we'd definitely consider staying at this property again.

Good value for sandestin resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is easily accessible from parking lot and meet our needs for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo within the complex. Beachside Two is also conveniently located next to the pool/resturant, and tram/shuttle pick up. Only negative is the location of the unit to the dumpsters-one floor up and on the same side, so there was a little stink while walking to the room from the parking lot or pool. I would pick this unit again for the price.

Not what i expected

Pool was closed on & off, elevators on & off, beach showers not working, lost water pressure more than once & had no water for a few hours twice. Stated online that construction would be done by July 1st but it wasn't. Not what I expect from Sandestin.

Friends vacation

Property was just like the pictures. Could use a little refresh. Great location. Elevators were very slow and some don’t work. All and all everything was great until we checked out and we received an extra fee for 750.00. The cleaning people said it smelled like cigarette smoke. No one smokes! We have received 500.00 back and will receive the rest once a supervisor can go check it out. That was a surprise.
