Shuttle buses/ trams(owner provides free passes) run from property door to the beautiful Sandestin resort beach (takes about 7 minutes) and elsewhere in the resort. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. You can also rent chairs and umbrella at the beach or bring your own.
The Eastern side of the resort is adjacent to Grand Boulevard which is a street full of upmarket shops, cinema and restaurants including Tommy Bahama, Flemings Steak House, Emerils, Vintij, PF Chang, Another Broken Egg Cafe, The Wine Bar, Craft Beer Bar and others along with a Publix Supermarket.
Some 2 miles west of the resort is the Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 stores including Ralph Lauren, Nike, Swarovski, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Coach, Disney, GAP, Lacoste, Levis, Oakley, Samsonite, Sunglass Hut and many more.
The condo is 2 minute walk to the Sandestin Baytowne Conference Center and Hotel Effie, and is ideally located for golf, fishing, pickleball and tennis tournaments.
