Located in the desirable Maravilla low-rise, “Casa Blanca” is a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring stunning Gulf views and modern updates as of December 2022. The open-concept living area and kitchen create a spacious atmosphere, complemented by new furnishings, bedding, and decor. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, balcony access, and a TV, while the guest room has a queen bed, TV, and a furniture rack. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and Gulf views.

The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and blender, along with a full set of dishes and cookware. The dining area seats 7, and the unit includes a walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy three flat-screen TVs throughout.

The condo had a great view of the beach. I loved that it was a pet friendly condo. We walked our dogs 4 times a day on the beach boardwalk across the street. We also walked to Pompano Joes for Happy Hour. Louise was very friendly & easy to communicate with.

Our stay was wonderful! Louise the host responds promptly to any question. Check in and out is a breeze. The property is very well maintained and the community is very friendly. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The view of the beautiful gulf waters was amazing right out our windows. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony as well. Our dog enjoyed it too! Would highly recommend this place to stay in Sestin.

Best view of beautiful Emerald Coast and amazing sunrises & sunsets. Condo was beautifully furnished and close to several restaurants. The boardwalk and direct access to the beach are great especially with the new ramps. Definitely our favorite condos to stay in Miramar Beach!!

Our host was amazing with communication!! The unit is beautiful and very clean. Me and my husband had everything we needed for the beach! The towels and chairs provided came in very handy! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make breakfast!! This unit is super close to elevators and so close to the beach. We loved our week and will plan on staying here again.

Multigenerational family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We’ve stayed at Maravilla many times and love the location and amenities of the neighborhood. This specific condo was clean, comfortable and very nicely equipped. The owner was an excellent communicator as she updated us on things that were happening within the complex, such as power washing and gate repairs. We would definitely stay again.

Girls’ trip!

We had a great trip! The condo was awesome- just as described. We have been coming to Maravilla for years! This may be one of our most favorite condos. It is updated and had everything we needed! Check-in and communication was great! Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing get away

This condo was perfect for our short get away. Right across from the beach and pool was super close as well. Couple things that made it more like home was the toilet paper, it was not the cheap thin kind and the towels were super fluffy. Master bed was comfortable as well. We will stay here again and the host was very responsive after I booked.looking for. Nice relaxing place, this is it!

Fun Fall Trip

Wonderful location within the complex, beautiful pools, pickleball courts a plus, though we wished they were lighted in the evenings! The view is spectacular and loved being able to walk to and from the beach so easily. Restaurants within walking distance. Communication with owner was great. Overall such a perfect stay. The only downside is that the 2nd bedroom is a tight squeeze for older kids/teens so that could be an issue for some renters.

Clean updated condo and a wonderful view

We had great communication with the owner. That was appreciated. The furniture was in good shape. We absolutely loved watching everyone while sitting on the balcony. We brought our two dogs with us and it went nicely with them. We loved watching all the people walking their dogs. It was a very simple walk across the street to the beach and we loved the Complimentary beach setup. The pool was nice and clean. Enjoyable stay :-)
