Itvwas perfect place bext to the beach and all! So i would recommend this place and i would come back and stay! I gave 4 stars because there was a little weird smell and one of the bathroom fossit was dripping leaked i guess but im sure they will see it and fix it. Its clean but my clean expectations ih high because im ocd nut to me it was clean enough so ill be back for sure!! :) enjoyed it and my kids as well!!

Should’ve read comments

Where do I start. First of this property cost way too much for the issues and condition I had. I had read bad comment and asked the owner about it and they stated they were not aware of those issues. The check in time is very late first of all and to make it worse I didn’t get my door code until 20 minutes after the check in time, no towels and washcloths until the next day (truck didn’t run they said), main door busted, bathroom smells like sewage the whole time, the pullout bed I used for my kids was still full of sand, not enough tp for 8 people, dirty tissues in drawer and under bed, stained spots on comforter, and even though I requested 2 car tags I just got 1 and then had to pay an extra $10 for it, metal chairs on balcony got rust spots on our towels, microwave handle was broken. I usually stay in the Ariel dunes and never had any issues and thought this beautiful building would be awesome!!! Very unhappy with my stay.

Overall great stay and good location.

The location is great for walking to beach, and has great pool options if weather doesn’t cooperate. My only complaint was a very loud sound coming from the wall or neighbor sounding like a flush but 10x louder. Keeps you awake at night and wakes you up at all times.

The process of renting, checking in and out are pretty much a no brainer. I would like to have been able to check in earlier. The condo is nice enough but the kitchen was lacking in some essentials like a spatula for one and there were no grilling tools. Also the amenities they say are included are a joke. In order to get the two beach chairs and umbrella you have to walk at least a half a mile down the beach from the condo which was unacceptable to me . There were other rentals available at the crosswalks from the condo but they were not the ones included in your package. Other than these few inconveniences we had a great time. I probably will not stay at this location again however.

Comfortable condo right across from beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants and frozen drink establishment to cool down under an umbrella. On 2nd floor which makes it an easy walk down stairs to pool area and outside to the beach. No long wait times at elevators.
