The pool features a tanning ledge, oversized hot tub, LED lighting, and generous dimensions (30' x 14' plus a 6' x 6' spa), making it one of the largest private pools in the neighborhood. Lounge in style with eight Polywood chaise lounges and gather around the outdoor dining set. The summer kitchen—with a 36" KitchenAid gas grill, ice maker, sink, refrigerator, and expansive quartz countertops—is ideal for poolside entertaining.



Effortless Arrival & Main-Level Living: Enjoy parking for up to 7 vehicles, including two garage spaces. Step inside to a no-stairs main level featuring a designer open-concept living area, gourmet kitchen, dining room, and half bath. An elevator serves all floors, including the sunset rooftop terrace—perfect for groceries, luggage, and guests of all ages.



Chef-Inspired Gourmet Kitchen: Cook with confidence in a show-stopping kitchen equipped with high-end stainless appliances: a 48" commercial Z-Line gas range/oven, Bosch refrigerator, two Bosch dishwashers, and a slide-in microwave. Custom cabinetry, premium finishes, and service for 30 guests ensure seamless meals for multi-family stays. Small appliances—including blenders and a Keurig—are thoughtfully provided.



Spacious Living & Dining: Relax in the living room with luxurious seating for eight and an 85" TV for movie nights and game days. The dining table seats 10, with natural light streaming through expansive windows and sliders overlooking the pool.



The second floor is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Here you’ll find four spacious king bedroom suites, each featuring a private bathroom, luxury linens, and upscale finishes. Two of these suites open to private balconies overlooking the pool, creating a peaceful retreat for morning coffee or evening wind-down time. One suite includes a tub and shower combination, ideal for families. The second floor also features a comfortable entertainment lounge with a pull-out sleeper sofa and a mounted 65” TV—perfect for kids or teens who want their own space away from the main living area. A convenient coffee and snack nook is located in the hallway, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, sink, under-counter refrigerator, and cabinetry, so guests don’t have to head downstairs first thing in the morning. A washer and dryer on this level makes it easy to keep up with beach towels and vacation laundry.



The third floor offers a unique layout that caters especially well to families and younger guests while still maintaining the home’s luxury feel. This level includes four additional bedrooms, highlighted by a custom-designed bunk suite featuring two Twin/Twin bunks and one Twin/Queen bunk with high-quality mattresses and bedding—comfortable for children, teens, or adults alike. This bunk suite connects to a media and hangout area and an additional Twin/Twin bunk space, creating a fun, private getaway for the younger crowd. The remaining three king suites on this floor mirror the upscale design found throughout the home, each with elegant finishes and private bathrooms; one of these suites includes a tub and shower combination. A second washer and dryer is also located on the third floor, adding extra convenience for larger groups and extended stays.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

*Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.

*Beach Service: Complimentary Beach Service Available From Property March 1st - October 31st! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! (Starting the day after arrival)

*Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $125/day or $875/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $50 per day/$350 per week starting May 1st -October 1st ONLY. Please contact office to add this to your reservation.

*Private Elevator - This home features a private elevator for an optional fee of $250 (Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay). *Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*

*Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses.

*VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

*Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

*Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum
