The home features a large double entry area, and coastal modern luxury greeting you as soon as you enter Linkside Lookout. The kitchen, dining, and living areas provide an open concept style so you can enjoy creating memories on your next vacation. With sliding doors leading out to the oversized deck overlooking the water and golf course, you will never want to leave. There is also a courtyard seating area outside the sliding doors from the kitchen so you can bask in the wonderful Florida outdoors anytime.
The home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There is also a desk workspace on the 2nd floor in the loft area for convenience. The master suite is located on the 2nd floor with a private balcony overlooking the water and golf course with lounge chairs for relaxation.
