Great location, minor concerns
Pros: Great location and space. Enjoyed property amenities and golf cart. Perfect spot on the beach and access to Sandestin resort. Good communication and responsiveness from property manager.
Cons: WiFi was terrible. Master bed mattress needed replaced. Hot water didn’t last for our family of five. Didn’t have the main gate entry code at check in.

We fell in love with our condo rental. It was so homey and loved the giant scrabble table game. Being on the 2nd floor was the perfect floor to be on. We were just a few steps down to the parking lot and perfect for going to the beach and pool.

Great pool and beach area, well stocked
Great location with a really nice pool area and easy access to the beach. Private beach was nice as it wasn’t as crowded as other areas. Good layout in the house. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels.
Could have used more hot water for showers. We had a small group but had hot water issues several times.

Great place
Condo was exactly as pictured. We were 7 and had plenty of room and well stocked with the kitchen necessities., etc. Located on the 2nd floor so it was very convenient and quick to the beach. Beachside 1 was far less crowded than adjacent property so that was a very nice surprise. Loved the Sandestin community and having use of the golf cart was so nice and fun for going to the wharf. A Perfect week!
