Peaceful and serene! This stunning beach front condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is located on the 9th floor at Gulfside, Hidden Dunes Resort. With breathtaking gulf views and designed in the latest “beach chic” décor, this property earns five stars! The direct views of white sand and blue water are indeed impressive.

Flooded with natural light, the living and dining areas are tastefully furnished in “trendy coastal style” reflecting the colors of the sea. There is plenty of comfortable sectional seating in the living area for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a roomy breakfast bar. Our dining area offers elegant dining seating for six guests, and breakfast bar seating for three. The master bedroom features a king bed, a picture window with gulf views, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is delightfully furnished with two full beds, and is served by a hallway guest bathroom.

Hidden Dunes is a beachfront resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms and sauna, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Sandestin’s Grand Boulevard with a brand new movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
