Gated Community - "Windwood Coves is one of the most desirable communities on Lake Anna. Established in the 1980's, we are centrally located near shopping and the Route 208 bridge. Our community of 262 properties offers access to the water, an assigned boat slip for members not on waterfront, a beautiful private beach, tennis court, basketball court, boat ramp, and three pavilions.

Guest access is available through a secure keypad on the front door. The garage, shed and owners closet are not guest accessible.

We recently took over this amazing home from our dear friends, Kim and Andrew, and we are committed to exceeding your expectations during your stay. if there's anything we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

This home has a full kitchen with an adjoining dining area, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, dishes, utensils, and other conveniences. The master suite features a queen-size bed, and has its own bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, as well as a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and has direct access to a bathroom. The kids' bedroom includes a double bed and a twin bed. And, the newly added garage bedroom includes a Queen bed with a full bathroom (stand up shower). There is also a back porch with seating and an outdoor dining area. Washer and dryer are included.

Located in the gated community of Windwood Coves, there is easy access to Lake Anna and the surrounding attractions. You will also have access to a private boat slip, the beach common area, which features pavilions, tennis and volleyball courts, a playground, and storage for kayaks.

There is parking at the neighborhood private beach, playground and public areas. Please be sure to have your guest pass in your car at all times.

Check-in procedure:
Because Windwood Coves is a gated neighborhood, there are some extra details to be mindful of. When you first arrive, it must be during gatehouse hours, so you can receive a guest pass. Without a guest pass, your vehicle will be towed. There is also an $85 replacement fee if the pass is lost.

7am-6pm Monday-Thursday
7am-9pm Friday
8am-8pm Saturday
Closed on Sunday
