The front desk staff were loud and unhappy when in the back room. My room looked on an airshaft. The a/c and heat were very loud. Only one thin blanket. The halls are in need of a glow-up.

The AC unit sounded like jet engine and we couldn't use it to sleep. I got very warm in the room overnight and made it difficult to sleep.

I didn't like you had to pay for parking and parking wasn't awesome. The pool was nice staff was great, helpful and courteous. Room was ok but almost all the way to the end of the building and the only entrance was in the front.
