The accommodation is spacious and spotless and in a quiet spot close to everything. It felt secure. My only issue is that the walls are so thin that at times we could hear entire conversations and noises from our neighbours. They weren’t being overly noisy just normal conversations could be heard in certain parts of the accommodation so I’m afraid this is very off putting to me.

2 parks available for four apartments doesn't guarantee the free parking advertised. No duvet on bed just blankets. Sun roof absolutely covered in bugs. Dirty cutlery, we had to wash most utensils prior to use. Soundproofing non existent, neighbours sounded like they were in the same room.

To clarify there are only 2 car parks during business hours, however there is an abundance of on-street parking available. All available car parks for the entire property are available overnight and weekends and public holidays.

The property has extremely thin walls, you can hear full conversations from the people in the next apartment, when their TV is on you can also hear it playing. There is an open bathroom so if you don't like any privacy then this is the place. You can only access the apartment by a large staircase and parking is terrible. You have to park at the back of the property which looks a bit unsafe especially at night and then walk around to the front of the property. Customer service is very disappointing, I had multiple amounts taken out of my credit card and then returned, however, I felt the need to cancel my credit card as the behaviour and communication was very dodgy.

We booked an apartment for 2 adults for myself and my wife. The apartments main bedroom with a proper ensuite, gets locked up and not used when there is just 2 people. The bedroom provided has a sink/ basin in the bedroom in front of the bed. There is only 1 toilet in the apartment which is in the bedroom. The toilet has only a shower screen as a door off the bedroom. My wife is very private when using the toilet as most people are. You do not have any privacy as this toilet is only divided from bedroom by this small shower screen. Early morning situation not good .?? We thought that, that bedroom should be locked up and not used and people should have access to main bedroom with a proper ensuite with separate toilet and shower. Was disappointing.

Please let me clarify that the 'locked' bedroom, is another apartment, these apartments are dual key apartments, meaning the two bedroom apartments, can be divided into two, by locking the centre door. The front Langtree Ave half is the studio suite and the rear Bowrings Lane half is the deluxe one bedroom apartment. We cannot simply unlock the centre door to give you access, as you would need book the apartment as the two bedroom apartment. Also, we strongly encourage guests to read room descriptions thoroughly and view the specific room images to ensure you are booking the apartment you wish. Our images are accurate and what you see is what you get. If guests are unsure, we encourage them to call us for a thorough explanation and for some guidance, as we want all our guests to have a comfortable stay and wonderful experience. As most of our guests do. The great thing about Indulge Apartments is, we have over 30 apartments in several locations in Mildura, so we have something to suit everyone. We suggest to you and any future guests, if you arrive and you are not happy with your accommodation, please call us and we will do our best to move you to alternative accommodation, to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

The property and location were awesome however the air conditioner needs an upgrade. Needs to be more powerful in the bedroom considering extreme high temperatures in the district and maybe consider a support bar in the shower as it is quite high to step into especially for frail and the elderly.

Thank you very much for your feedback and we're pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, the day you were here it was 49 degrees and when we assisted you, we discovered that the ac was on auto mode, so cut to fan mode when the sitting room (where the sensor is located) was the set temperature, but I'm very pleased we discovered this early and were able to change the mode off auto and cooled down in no time for you. And we also supplied a stand up fan for additional cooling. Thank you for the suggestion of shower rails, we will investigate this further.
