Spacious, well equipped rooms with large couch and comfortable bed. Convenient position, easy parking and check in. Has potential to rate higher but there are elements that need maintenance, such as the broken bathroom fan and the badly torn curtains. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well as they had not mopped the corners or the area at the base of the toilet. There is a dog that lives next door and barks frequently through the night so I’d recommend asking for a room on the Hunter St side of the building. Fine for an overnight stay.

A neat and tidy property. Beds great. On a main road into the centre of Mildura, but a little out, this quiet motel was easy to find and be at, while a short drive to the great variety of restaurants and shops. The room had excellent quality teabags with a variety but not many. I brought a laptop and cable to watch Netflix. The TV was able to accept this. Dislikes: Aircon heat exchanger bolted to the exterior wall instead of being on the ground was noticeable in the room. Even if we weren’t using it. Tiny espresso coffee cups mean needing 2 cups for a proper cup of tea. A common problem, I’ll be BYO mugs in future. Wifi bandwidth inadequate for video call but ok for personal Netflix. No PowerPoint adjacent to some sides of the bed for phone charging overnight.
