Very good Hotel!! Extremely well located! Next to the Milan’s Central Train/Metro Station. Great restaurants nearby. Now Internally, the room was great!! It is small but we had a carry on luggage and a backpack and it worked out very well!!

The service was wonderful! The workers were so nice! And location is amazing; the train station is literally walking distance (like 3 mins away) and there were great bars and restaurants in a walking vicinity! They big reasons why I did not give them a 5/5 is because the walls on thin- so I could hear a lot of things going on outside. I would stay here again, no doubt.

The room was good size and clean, however lacked any drawers. The shower leaked when showering and water spilled on the floor. On the positive the staff were courteous. I would stay again should I visit Milan again

Convenient location just few minutes from the metro. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Friendly staff. The only thing is the noise from the water pipes. And the wall is no sound proof I can literally hear the sound people make when they close the drawer.

The room is on the ground floor, The window is not floor-to-ceiling; it’s only about 80 cm tall. The glass is dark, so there is basically no natural light, have to keep the lights on during the day, and it feels like living in a basement. The roof is leaking and water keeps dripping, making it impossible to sleep. I informed the front desk the next day, but when I came back in the evening, nothing had been fixed.
