We had a lot of difficulty with WiFi in Milan, so it was very stressful to have only a link for checking in. We had to borrow WiFi from a nearby restaurant to use the digital key. That was the only difficulty. Tons of adapters, plugs, air conditioning, close to the train station, restaurants, clean, comfortable. Great place to stay.
