Leaky bathroom left a puddle in the floor. Area was surrounded by abandoned buildings. Staff was very helpful and room was clean other than maintenance issue of a major leak in the bathroom sink.

The room was nice enough. But never ha e I been to a hotel especially at that price that won't even give you ice l. We also asked before booking as well as a few times after check in about a shuttle ( it supposedly being an airport hotel in all ) which we were told they had but come check out time had to get a cab because they actually didn't which was an added 60 dollar expense we had to endure. Very porr customer service IMO

Very good hotel and reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Bathrooms are excellent. The breakfast is ample and of good quality. While the area is a bit industrial and feels isolated, there is a good restaurant/bar across the street. The only real drawback is the lack of an airport shuttle. To get to Linate airport where there is a metro station for getting into the city, a taxi must be requested and will cost approximately 30 euros since they charge for the milage to get to the hotel. Returning from Linate the cost is aprox. 19 euros.

Incorrect advertising of amenities

This hotel was advertised during booking on the booking information to have a restaurant and bar and when I arrived it had neither. I will never book this hotel again and I am unhappy with Hotels.com for not checking this before I booked

Property needs a serious renovation...bathroom is so outdated and hallways carpeting is all stained. AC is controlles by management and rooms are sweltering. I travel for business globally on a weekly basis and this property is well below sub par.
