Location was great to where we needed to be. Room was clean and really nice bathroom. Only issue was that it was a bit noisy as many trams ran by this location. I sleep with a white noise machine and I was still able to hear it.

Well stocked bathroom - shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush & paste, shaving kit and hairdryer! Complimentary cold water was very welcomed! Coffee machine wasn’t the greatest and no milk supplied for tea, but this wasn’t a huge deal. Fab location to base yourself to explore Milan. Excellent service and communication about check in and accessing the building.
