1. Staffs are very friendly, and they can keep your luggage before check in
2. Office (where you pick up the key) is a little bit far from the property (where you stay) - we took a taxi and it cost around 10 EUR. It will take at least 20m on foot
3. The property is very different from the photo on Hotels.com - the room is kinda dark and we hate the blanket because we feel like it’s dirty :/
4. Bathroom was very clean!!
Overall it was okay but we won’t stay again if we visit Milano again.
