Worst stay ever!!
When we arrived, we have barely got any information on how to get access to our room. We tried to call them, but they were very rude and almost got angry on us, because we didn’t have the information (which they didn’t send us).
When we got down in the smelly basement a big dog was barking from our apartment, and we once again called them, and they said: “There is absolutely nothing we can do about it”, and then hung up..
When we finally got rid of the dog, we went inside, and at first sight everything seemed fine. But the sheets were smelly and got spots and dirt on it.
The kitchen was also very dirty.
This is the best example of “dont judge a book by its cover”, because everything seemed fine, but to sum it up everything was terrible…
