Additional leasing contract and weak Airconditiong

The check-in is smooth and the staff is friendly, But I don't like the need to sign a contract with all those one-sided protection T&C with Italianway again, It is too much for a guest to book with Hotel.com. The aircon in the property is very weak but I am not sure is that normal in Italy, I hope there is an electricity fan to stop us from sweating while sleeping.

We accidentally opened another room with our code that was given which means someone could’ve and might’ve came into ours. Nice set up but a lot of minor defects.
