Great location, loft bed, clean but a bit noisy

Apartment was in a great “hip” area (Isola). Only drawback was the bed was in a loft, so you cannot stand there- only for sleeping. Not good if you are tall or don’t want to climb a spiral staircase in the middle of the night for the bathroom.

Pessimo servizio

Mi sono trovato molto male, perché il servizio di consegna chiavi deve essere pattuito in base ai tempi dell'incaricato dell struttura, il pavimento del bagno non era pulito o abbastanza e SOPRATTUTTO NON ABBIAMO AVUTO ACQUA CALDA PER LA DOCCIA. abbiamo chiamato italianway la domenica mattina e un ragazzo ci ha risposto che essendo festivo non sapeva chi mandare a vedere e inoltre non prima delle 10 (alle 11 bisognava lasciare l'appartamento). Successivamente ci è stato inviato un sms con le istruzioni di accensione della caldaia. Questo non è servizio, perché ognuno ha necessità di uscire presto per delle visite e non si può evitare di far una doccia. Pessimo. A breve la recensione sui siti di entrambi.

Attenzione alle spese Extra

Appartamento accettabile anche se pulizia da migliorare. Scomodo il check in presso altra sede anche se personale disponibile. Problema principale per quanto mi riguarda è la spesa aggiuntiva di 35€ per le pulizie (vengono fatte??), che fanno passare il prezzo da accettabile a superiore a un hotel a 4 stelle!

Primero, no hay una aclaración acerca del costo de limpieza, que es excesivo. La cama está en un entrepiso, demasiado incómodo, no hay suficiente altura para estar de pie. El resto está ok. La relación calidad-precio no es de las mejores.

Appartamento consigliatissimo

L’appartamento ha superato ogni aspettativa: facile da raggiungere (a pochi minuti dalla fermata metro Zara), estremamente pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che possa servire (biancheria, accessori per la cucina e per il bagno), curato e arredato nei minimi dettagli, WiFi compreso e funzionante. È al primo piano quindi l’unico rischio è che possa essere un po’ rumoroso, ma con serrande abbassate e finestre chiuse non si hanno problemi. Decisamente consigliato!
