The staff were amazing always right there to help with a great attitude willingness to do whatever you needed help with. Amenities are nice property very well. Kept breakfast is delicious. The elevator is very helpful. The staff is definitely my favorite part.

The hotel is very clean, newly renovated and very comfortable. We feel safe in this hotel. The staff are all very Nice, Friendly and Accomodating. Kudos to Renz, Derek, Pong and another one- aftenoon shift ( forgot the name). They provided breakfast as well Metro is 2 mins walk from the hotel. We’ll definitely stay again in this property

Small but sparkling-clean single room with a good bed on the quiet side of the building. Steps from the subway and a useful grocery store. Good flatbread sandwich shop directly across the street. New owners are eager to please. Nothing not to like about this fine establishment.

Everything was great! A small European hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint I would have is that there is like zero soundproofing. Would recommend a good set of noise canceling headphones. Other than that, wonderful.

The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, attentive, and efficient. The room was immaculate, spacious, and very quiet. The location is perfect — less than a minute’s walk to the underground and the main street filled with shops and restaurants. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe. Five stars to the staff — they truly made my stay outstanding. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I wasn't expecting a 5 star accommodation for that price but at least some basic amenities but was very disappointed. Didn't give me any toiletries,customer service is a joke,pillows covers were dirty with yellow marks and very noisy had trouble sleeping.
