The room was tiny, no room to maneuver in, you had to navigate around the toilet to get in and out the shower, no cups or glasses within the room to make tea, only paper cups that they don't replace. Breakfast is chaos, the poor staff are run ragged, so you are constantly having to ask for items to be replenished, you don't get asked if you would like tea or coffee, again you have to ask. We asked for milk for the room so we could make ourselves tea, and when we came to check out they "waived" the bar tab for us, so initially they would have charged for the milk, also the bar is not a bar but some seating in reception and a couple of spirts and non inviting.

Perfect for our short stay

Small hotel with friendly vibe. Close to metro and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Quiet. Comfy beds first class service from the youngsters in the front desk.

Very good location for metro. Nice restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Water bottle provided daily. Breakfast OK with some hot items. Cleanliness good but some stains in shower and basin. Water was hot but shower not very powerful. Not much space in the bedroom or shower, but OK at the price. Maybe I got the smallest single room. Air conditioning was good.

This is not a hotel, especially not a 3-star one. Prepare yourself for a nightmare if you plan to sleep here. The sheets smelled awful, making it hard to breathe. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. We had to leave immediately after checking in because it was impossible to stay under those conditions. The shower was filthy, and we didn’t dare to use it. When we asked for help, they said there was nothing they could do because the booking was non-refundable, so we left and forfeited the three nights we paid for. Our health and safety were more important. The staff made no effort to accommodate us. If you value your health, safety, and money, do not book this place. I wish I could upload pictures of their disgusting shower. It was a horrible experience, especially since it ruined my birthday in Milan. This is a MOTEL, not a hotel.

Poor cleaning of the room.

Room cleaning was really bad. As we found nails and potato chips on the floor we asked for a new cleaning of the room. Not much changed and found a half drunken bottle in the minibar. Good location with a short walk to the metro.

Best option near MiCO

Staff was very nice, but limited to desk staff. Don't expect help with luggage and property is not accessible. It is an old property with no proper heat/air conditioning control in the rooms. The beds are large enough and very comfortable. The room is clean. Hair dryer is of the old very low power variety. Water pressure/temperature was good. It was VERY convenient to the MiCO congress center and some very good to excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet (hot/cold items were limited) and coffee were good. Breakfast staff were wonderful. Altrimenti, a restaurant right around the corner, is a gem!!!

The only reason it’s not 5 is the WiFi is the worst. And it was a bit loud bc it is older. However. The cleaning staff. Amazing. The best I’ve ever seen. So nice. I came back to my shoes arranged and everything so clean. Everyday. They became my favorite people in Italy!!!!!

Very pleasant hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location right next to Amendola metro and it was also within reasonable walking distance from the San Siro stadium following problems with the metro after the match I was watching finished.

The Campion is in a great location, a stone's throw from the Amendola metro station--take the M1 line and with one change you can be virtually anywhere in the central part of Milan in minutes. The hotel staff, without exception, are welcoming, super courteous, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is an outstanding treat. We consider the Campion to have been a true find--it really made our three nights in Milan into a great success!
