Ok I guess we should have seen Google had this as a one star hotel but it was not a hotel. It was a hallways in an office building on the third floor with an elevator that felt like a death trap. At first thought the room was clean till noticed how moldy and black The emergency cord in shower was. Couple that with how loud it was from train station in so glad we were barely there. Not to mention how expensive it was. On a positive note it was very close to station and the staff was super nice and sweet. But it was more like an upscale Overpriced hostel and really shouldn’t mislead us with a name like that

Staff barely spoke to us at check-in. I had to go down to reception as we couldn’t get the AC to work. The two members of staff just stared at me and one did something on a screen and said ‘it’s now working’ . There was no information about the WIFI in the room so my husband then had to go again to reception. He was told it was in a piece of paper in the room. When he said it wasn’t the staff member followed him to the room as though to prove a point. At one point she actually moved his case to find the price of paper. And no she couldn’t find the mystery piece of paper. We paid just over £260 at this so called luxury hotel but the room was very small, the bathroom door had a keyhole but no key, there was no glass in the room even if we did want to buy a drink from the mini bar, the mirror in the bathroom was so high I could just see the top of my head. If you call yourself a luxury hotel you need to have some facilities. on check out I voiced my concerns and the staff just looked surprised that I was complaining but no apology was forthcoming. The only good thing about the hotel was it was convenient for the train station.

Not "Luxury"

There is nothing "Luxury" about this hotel. This is a hotel catfish. It is in an awful part of town, the rooms were not properly cleaned (there were red stains and hairs on our mattress when we arrived), and it appears to be a converted hostel.

The front desk staff were rude right off the bad. Our room wasn’t ready, even though we arrived an hour and a half after the check in time. The AC didn’t work in one of our rooms and the hotel made no effort to fix it. This was the middle of the summer and made our stag very uncomfortable. The hotel is located on the third floor of a building and there are only about 10 rooms so it felt very tight. Even though we payed for two of the same rooms, one of them was not a proper double. It was a single they shoved another bed into because they messed up our booking. Overall, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great Location!

We only had one night for our visit in Milan. The location was very good for our needs at it was very convenient for the train. We also appreciated the fact that we could bring our bags early in the day prior to check in so we could enjoy strolling around the city longer without worrying about our luggage. Very kind and courteous staff!

This is a really convenient and clean property right behind a main train station near the castle. It's a good walk to the main features of the downtown: Galleria, Duomo, Brera. I took Lime scooters to get around. The hotel is a one star, which means it is literally a room with a front desk. There are no places to sit, no lobby, nothing. But, that wasn't a big deal and Cadorna suited my needs perfectly.

This hotel occupies the third floor of an older commercial building directly in front of the Cardorna metro station. Other than rooms, there are no other hotel services, but that worked fine for us. There is a receptionist at the front desk who was helpful. The location is perfect and in the best neighborhood in Milan. There is both metro and streetcar service no more than 1/2 block away. Parking is problematic and we parked at a local public lot at $36 euros per day, but had to walk about four blocks to get there. Rooms were new and condition excellent. If you don't need a traditional full service hotel, this would work great. No noise at all from train station. Comfortable bed & bathroom. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood.

Great stay at the Cadorna Luxury Hotel

Our stay at the Cadorna Luxury Hotel was great. It is literally steps from the Cadorna train station which was key to us as we needed to take the Malpensa Express from there to MXP T1. The receptionists provided great dining recommendations and also arranged taxis for us.

Not a full service hotel (no restaurant or bar) but for a clean place to spend the night with a location next to Cadorna train station, it was perfect for us. We came from Como by train and walked 1 minute to hotel. You need to ring bell at door to get entrance And Hotel is on 3rd floor ( there is an elevator). Next day walked 1 minute back to station to pick up train to Malpensa airport.

Self-service lift. Great location for metro and taxis. Very quiet even with train station behind the hotel-trains are electric and quiet. Walking distance to breakfast spots and restaurants and a shop with groceries and other items. No staff on duty after midnight til 8 AM. Street door locks and locked separate door on 3rd floor to all rooms. Close to several sights. Taxis not expensive.

Check in was easy and room was minimal but comfortable and in a fantastic location. The room was clean and quiet. It had a good tv. Everything was great. I was told that the AC was currently not working, but the weather was good and it wasn’t necessary.
