Located in one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of Milan, the apartment is located between Moscova and Brera.

Luxurious and bright apartment, on the ground floor, furnished in a modern style comprising: independent entrance, private garden with table and armchairs where you can eat.

Living room, equipped kitchen, double bedroom and very spacious bathroom with shower.

On the lower floor we find the second double bedroom with a spacious bathroom including shower and huge walk-in closet.

The space

As soon as you open the door, you will find yourself in a bright, spacious and welcoming open space, equipped with a wonderful and comfortable sofa where you can sit down to enjoy watching a film on the Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included, as well as a kitchen equipped with a comfortable induction hob for cooking in total comfort and without problems. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine in capsules, which we will make available for you, an electric oven, dishwasher, as well as a series of services such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, pots, pans, plates, glasses and more.

Entering on the left you enter the first double bedroom where there is a double bed to rest after a long day in the center of Milan. On the bed you will also find 3 towels each in 100% pure cotton made in Italy. A spacious built-in wardrobe to hang all your clothes and an air conditioner in the room to give you greater comfort.

Entering the bathroom, you will find a beautiful, brightly lit mirror, sink, all fixtures including bidet and toilet and to complete a very large shower suitable for two people with double shower head.

On the lower floor you will find yourself in front of a very large double bedroom with a solid wood chest of drawers, a wall-mounted desk for smart working and a table lamp.

Furthermore, walking you will find the second en suite bathroom with all bathroom fixtures, shower with waterfall shower head and full-length wall mirror. The house is completed by a huge walk-in closet where you can store all your clothes, suitcases, etc.

Comfortable, conveniently located in a great location and easy to assess subway and taxi. We especially appreciated all the information on the kitchen table. that was a great touch and went beyond other rentals. This allowed us to feel immediate comfort in the home, neighborhood and the city. Thank you! the shops and restaurants were wonderful and right outside the gated compound. My only suggestion is to leave extra blankets in the fall and winter.

The place was clean, and location was great. Be careful renting with older people as the stairs for lower bedroom is a hard climb. Was disappointed when we checked in, wanted a shower but water heater was not turned on for us. Outside was very dirty and buggy, no chance in sitting outside for coffee.

We encountered a SERIOUS mold problem in this apartment, primarily in the lower level areas, with mold on the walls, baseboards and bathroom areas. The smell of mold and mildew was so strong upon entering the apartment that we were unable to stay there and had to scramble to find new accommodations. In addition, the unit was not clean, as we found rotting food in the sofa cushions, a dirty kitchen towel, and a freezer unit completely frozen over/unusable. The property manager indicated he would refund our money but did not. We are currently working with our credit card company to have the charges removed. The photos currently being showed are not what we encountered when entering this unit. Shame on this company for not being honest about the mold problem to all parties involved. This apartment was uninhabitable (I would not believe them when they say the problem has been fixed).

Great location, close to the city center, restaurants, shops, market and cool space for 3-4 guests. We loved the slippers provided but could have used some more basic supplies like soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, glassware, etc. We would consider staying again as long as the above is provided in the future.

This property is dangerous and should not be listed on VRBO. One of the prior guests noted that there was a water problem in the basement. Before I book the property, I asked if there was a mold problem and I was told there was not.When I arrived at the apartment and inspected the basement bedroom, the entire wall facing the courtyard, including the bedroom, and the bathroom were covered in black mold.I requested a refund from the rental property and they refused to do anything except offered me one night refund out of the five nights I booked. Wild, the rental property company was responsive, they did not tell the truth to VRBO customer service when we were trying to resolve this on the phone. I’m shocked that VRBO would continue to list this property. I encourage anyone reading this to go stay somewhere else. Please see the pictures below. What a shame that there are people like this in this world.

Awesome location great layout with garden.

Awesome location and great layout with garden. Only issue is the apartment is beat up. Ikea trim and furniture is not really built for the wear and tear of a rental. Additionally the lower level has suffered from water damage. I would recommend the trim be replaced with ceramic so that the inevitable water issues a below grade room suffers will not make the base board swell up and mold.

Location and Fabulous Apartment

This apartment and the neighborhood are fantastic! This was our first trip to Milano and the apartment and neighborhood make our trip magically. Every day we were able to walk from the apartment to all the local attractions. Then to return to the apartment to either cook at home or discover one of many amazing restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment has 3 air conditioners so pleasant during hot days and 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Milano
