Nice, friendly staff. Rooms are quite comfortable. My bathroom had a nice tub and pretty spacey. Standard breakfast buffet ( eggs, sausages, ham and cheese, bread, and croissants and other sweet options). Location is great, on a small street 50 meters from Naviglio Grande. If you go by car, be advised you cannot drive all the way to the hotel entrance, as that street has restricted circulation inside a Limited traffic zone.

First,they ve charged my bank card 12 hours before we get to the reception with 1/3rd of the whole amount which was about 540£ and when we get there,without telling me about this,they ve charged me for the whole stay,so 171£ on top of the whole amount telling me is a pre authorization and i need to wait,i ll have my money back,at some point. They are switching off the heating during the night and you can finally warm up the room after 8 am. Cold freezing in the restaurant where you have breakfast.100% not going back there.

Wonderful boutique hotel just 100 feet from the canal. Complementary happy hour hors d’oiveres every day at 6:30 PM and complementary drinks on arrival. Great breakfast. We enjoyed a street fair along the canal this weekend with hundreds of vendors selling everything imaginable. Close walk to Metro trains and tram.

Room was not cleaned during the day. When I complained I was told it would done at 6.00pm. It was ultimately done when I went out for dinner. When I came late the room was half clean but no cover was on the bed as it disappeared…. when I complained again at midnight someone brought a cover and some sheets after 30 min and made clear to me that I had to make my own bed which I did…. Not a **** star hotel sorry…. Room service is inexistant

Excellent location right off the main canal in Navigli, but also quiet. Five minute walk to the metro station. Delicious breakfast buffet including gluten free bread and other GF options. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in time was 2pm which was nice as our flight had gotten in early so it was nice to get into the room earlier in the day. Room was clean and comfortable with windows that opened for fresh air.

Great hotel in a great location!

Great hotel in a great location! We had to change our traveling plans at the last minute and the manager Eraclio Zoglio was very helpful and understanding in our dealings. The staff in general was very courteous and professional. We will assuredly go back!
