There’s two dead bugs on the rug. Noisy as you can hear people next door talking. Only three towels in the bathroom for 4 people. Clogged sink and shower. Half tissue rolls left and a few tissues left in the box with no extras. I had to get tissue from my luggage for my kids to wipe their butt. Limited breakfast selections. Stayed one night.

Very convenient location. We were there for one night and the hotel was clean and quiet. We had breakfast at the hotel the next morning and there was a wonderful lady running it that was so kind and friendly, I hope they realize what an amazing employee they have!

Out of 5 days they went to clean the room once. Not enough staff to clean up after guests who leave food on the table or floor after eating breakfast. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper and they were never delivered to the room. Easy to find parking. Breakfast was ok.

Expedia claims that the hotel has heated outdoor swimsuits by pool while in reality the pool is close and does not open before mid of June. Gym room has one universal weight and it is broken. Breakfast is average. For the rate I paid $165 per night, it is not worth it. Expedia should reimburse me the full amount for false advertisement

As described and expected

Hotel was available at the last minute as my other reservation was abruptly canceled by the other hotel. Check in and check out were smooth. Staff were friendly. Front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended nice places to go to for kid activities dinner etc. Ample parking and location was close to places and about 10 minutes from legoland. Hotel otherwise as described.
