Not suitable for 4 adults - good for families

We had booked the flat with the expectation that it is suitable for a group of four adults but it is too small. For a family with to children it is better. We had problems with condensation but after contact with the landlord those were fixed. I think for the price it is okay, but you have to expect a small flat with limited space and a condensation problem

Trotz kleinen Mängel okay, nach Heimkehr böses Erwachen

Der Aufenthalt war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr schön. Das Haus ist alt aber die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und schön. Allerdings fiel uns direkt bei der Ankunft der Schimmel im Badezimmer auf. Dabei lag ein Zettel, dass dieser von einem Wasserschaden der Nachbarin stammt. Für uns aber kein Grund zur Beanstandung. Ein weiteres Manko ist, dass man den Müll umständlich an einen entfernten, öffentlichen Mülleimer bringen muss der zusätzliches Geld kostet. Ebenfalls sind die Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt und kosten zusätzlich Geld. Der große Ärger begann aber erst am Abend unserer Heimkehr. Uns wurde von der Vermieterin eine Beschädigung einer Sitzbank unterstellt, die wir nach langem Hin und Her auch bezahlen mussten. Uns wurde eine Kaution von 200€ eingezogen die zur Begleichung des Schadens dienen sollte. Im Nachhinein wäre es sicher besser gewesen bei der An- und Abreise jemanden zur Übergabe der Wohnung vor Ort gehabt zu haben um solche Beschädigungen direkt klären zu können, dies findet leider nicht statt. Somit konnten wir nicht nachweisen den Schaden nicht selbst verursacht zu haben und mussten für die Reparatur aufkommen. Unser Fazit lautet, eine schöne und sehr gut Gelegene Wohnung, jedoch werden wir weder bei diesem Vermieter noch bei dieser Plattform einen Urlaub buchen. Ich kann nur Raten die Wohnung bei Bezug gründlich zu prüfen, und jeden Mangel direkt an den Vermieter zu melden.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ich war dort in der zweiten Augustwoche mit meinen beiden jugendlichen Töchtern. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Ein großer Parkplatz, der in der Woche kostenlos ist, kann in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Was eventuell doch wesentlich für Kaffee Trinker ist, die Kaffeemaschine braucht Nespresso Kapseln, die aber im örtlichen Supermarkt (7 Tage geöffnet)erhältlich sind. Bei der großen Auswahl ist für jeden etwas dabei. Da wir viel selbst gekocht haben, wären ein bis zwei Töpfe schön gewesen. Wir haben uns mit der Auflaufform geholfen. Es ist so ruhig, dass man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Das Schlafzimmer für die Kinder erreicht man durch das Elternschlafzimmer. Tolle Lage, für unsere Sightseeing Touren sehr gut gelegen, moderne und gepflegte Wohnung. Jederzeit wieder..
