We were told we don't have reservation!! BW Miami the host never emailed the Hyde Beach House Hotel!

On 12/10/2022 we made a vacation reservation using Vrbo.com for Hollywood, Florida for 12/21/2022 through 12/26/2022 paid for 5 nights $1795 Plus many fees. Myself, my wife, and our two sons flew from Dallas to Hollywood using Spirit Airline arrived in Fort Lauderdale Airport around 10:45 PM and the Hyde Beach House hotel around 11:30 PM. I had communicated with the Host (BW Miami Vacation Rentals) that we will arrive late, and host responded Front desk is open 24 hours. We used Uber from the airport to the Hotel. When we arrived at the front desk on 12/21/2022 around 11:30 PM, she said we don’t have any reservations. For the next hour or two we provide her with all the emails, pictures, my credit cards and much more with no reservations to find. She said she needed an email from the host that she could not find!! The host never emailed the Hyde Beach House Hotel!!

FL get away

The condo was just as advertised- clean and the corner unit provided fantastic views! No baking sheets, but otherwise happy with kitchen appliances. The valet and resort fees are not included in pricing, so plan to account for those fees when considering travel. We enjoyed our stay!
