Renovated country house, adjoining another dwelling, located 2.5 km from the coast, near the salt marshes and 8 km from Guérande. Semi-enclosed garden of 1500 m².

Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC, laundry room (fireplace not in use).

First floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed 140x190 + child's bed, 2: 1 double bed 140x190, 3: 1 single bed 90x190), bathroom and separate WC.
Amenities included: full baby equipment, Wi-Fi.
Included: electric heating and towels.
Not included: bed linen and tourist tax. Optional cleaning fee (€70 - please contact the owner).
