El hotel es nuevo y está en una excelente ubicación. El problema es que la ubicación está mal grabada y, después de horas de manejar a ciegas a altas horas de la noche, sin que nadie contestara el teléfono, estuvimos a punto de irnos. Logramos descubrir dónde estaba y nos quedamos ahí. Esa fue una pésima experiencia que impacta la calidad del hotel.

Fue la peor experiencia de mi vida, llegue temprano a la 1:00 pm, me dijeron que hasta las 3:00 pm habria habitacion disponible, asi que para avanzar en el proceso pague la habitación, a las 3:00 me dijeron que esperara otra media hora, una hora despues me dijeron que todavia no. Empece a ver que personas que iban llegando les edtsban dando llaves para cuartos. Volvi a preguntar sobre mi habitacion, me dijeron que no tenian nada disponible aún. Les dije que si no tenian habitacion que me regresaran mi dinero y asi lo hicieron sin ninguna explicación ni disculpa, eso fue a las 6:00 pm. Tuve que buscar habitación en otro hotel. Muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo al Hyatt.

Muy lindo hotel y super bien ubicado. Lo que está super mal es que el agua de las regaderas cambia de temperatura sola, de frío helado a calor quemante TODO el tiempo, no se sitúa en donde la colocas. Muy incómodo. Por otro lado, la tele tiene pocos canales y pésimos!!!! y no se pueden poner tus plataformas . Staff super increíble y las instalaciones muy bien. Los ameniries (shampoo, bodywash y acondicionador) bastante malitos, lleva los tuyos
