Nisiquiera pudimos hospedarnos, el día de llegada (a las 5 pm) mande mensaje para que me compartieran la ubicación exacta y la respuesta fue que ya no había reservacion por que habían tenido un inconveniente con los inquilinos anteriores y la habitación quedo en mal estado por lo que no podíamos habitarla, cosa que hasta cierto punto se comprende; sin embargo lo que molesto es que si ellos sabían desde antes del inconveniente, por que no se nos notifico con anticipación para nosotros poder buscar otra reservacion con tiempo, ya que era un día demasiado saturado en Mérida y siendo ya tarde ya no pudimos encontrar una habitación en otro lado.
