The treatment received after staying several days was inhumane and nothing less then abuse. Due to error and ignorance on behalf of hotel staff they called the police and the police sided with me and left the establishment the continuince of harrasment and the fact that our money was taken and they were paid twice for day and were should be No refrigerator no microwave

I got there at 3pm check in time. I had to wait over a half hour to get a room. Said they werent clean. There were 3 others waiting as well. The room was fine for what I paid but it was far from clean.

It was the worst place. I will never visit that place again. I had no refrigerator not microwave. No complimentary breakfast as was offered. I couldn't get clean towels from day to day. Management and staff were not only lazy but rude. The room I reserved was suppose to have had all the things and was not given to me. total disappointment.

Room was stinky, toilet DID NOT FLUSH TV did NOT FUNCTION. This is my SECOND TIME staying at that motel and this was by FAR THE WORST experience! Will NOT BE GOING BACK!!!! The remote was supposed to be connected to the TV but it didn't function. The toilet got clogged up. This is RIDICULOUS! paying all this money for nothing but a bed shower and a toilet!?!!!!!!! The wifi also kept disconnecting from my phone. Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!

Very poor conditions room was dirty bathroom door was broken and it will not shut. Front door was kicked in so it would not lock back some of the outlets, including the TV would not work I had to go to another hotel because nothing was working in motel six

The lobby was inaccessible; you can only talk to the staff outside of the building through plexiglass like being in a liquor store in a bad neighborhood. The staff were non-responsive and not professionally friendly. My TV didn't work at all (I even tried to troubleshoot it myself); the TV remote was broken with no rear cover panel. The in-room phone was unplugged and didn't work. The electrical outlet on the nightstand was falling out of its socket. The room had mold between the doors, and the bathroom was gross (can provide photos if needed). The room smelled like smoke although it was a non-smoking room. On a good note, the sink area next to the bathroom was clean; the room had a small refrigerator and microwave, and parking is free and the complex is gated. I tried to find another hotel but due to a convention and a home basketball game for the Memphis Grizzlies, room rates for other hotels were extremely high. I'm sure the owners are trying their best to renovate over time, but this location needs work and I would never reside there again. In my opinion, this hotel should not be listed as an option on Travelocity.

Staff was unfriendly; no concern re my personal needs. Check-ins before 3:00 not allowed even if a room is available. I called ahead requesting a handicapped room. Was told they couldn't accommodate. I asked could I get a ground floor. They couldn't guarantee that either. I asked how was I to get my luggage to 2nd or 3rd floor and he sternly stated they have an elevator but still refused to let me check in until 3:00. Told me to come back in two hours. They talk to you through a window; their lobby is locked. Very impersonal. No condiments available; coffee or snacks to buy. There is no coffee maker in rooms. Bathtowels are old and very rough; feels like sandpaper. We checked in on Thur; no one came to provide clean bathtowels or empty the trash until Sat and didn’t come Sun either. Television didn’t work. Husband went to front desk to inform personnel; someone came and couldn't get the TV to work. He left and didn't return. Husband went back Fri., another guy got the TV to work but stated it couldn't be TURNED OFF! I cannot sleep with a TV on, so the light from the TV screen was very annoying and interfered with my getting a good night's sleep. Check-out time is 11:00, but Management deactivated our room keys from working by 8:00am on our day of check-out. Husband went to get the car to load and couldn't get back in. When returning the room key I asked why was our room key deactivated before 11:00 check out time? They didn't know. 🙄 Awful service!
