The breakfast selections were pretty good. I enjoyed the waffles, sausage and potatoes. I liked that they had quite a variety. But...and it is a huge thing for me...the coffee was terrible! all 4 mornings that I was there. Awful!!!

The hotel room did feel neglected being that they were working on the plumbing and it was literal P and manure coming out of the sink and the shower from 2 PM to 11 PM . I booked a stay for two days three nights and I couldn’t shower for the two days I was staying there. Very inconvenient and I didn’t get any accommodations.

Three reasons for my rating not being excellent: (1) Having to pay $7.00 per night to park in the lot of the hotel. There was no alternative offered and I drove around the lot to see if there was a free location and found nothing (2) My room was not cleaned after my first night's stay. I left the hotel at 8:30am and returned at 6pm (3) The carpet in my room was a bit worn. Your staff members were cordial and helpful, the property was immaculate. I would definitely stay there on a return trip to Memphis.
