The hotel was very nice and clean, and the check-in process was smooth. However, one thing to note is that they do not offer valet parking, which was very inconvenient. You have to walk across the street and park in the parking garage, and you can only park in the areas marked with black lettering. Other than that, everything was great. I’m just not used to staying at hotels that don’t have parking available nearby or valet services.

Room was immaculate, modern and had great water pressure! Staff were welcoming, friendly & had plenty of advice for how to get around. We self parked but there was a charge. Breakfast was great and we appreciated it! Definitely recommend this well run hotel to any travellers - just a pity we couldn’t stay longer (it was booked out for marathon weekend!)

The room was excellent, and the staff was very courteous. I was impressed that the shower was built for tall people. That's a rare find. Nice rooftop view. I had a problem with the faucet handle on the tub, and it was fixed within 10 minutes of calling the front desk.

The hotel is in a great location but lacks ‘polish’. They seem to be trying, but aren’t there yet. With that said, the bed was great, good quality shampoo/conditioner, and the room was surprisingly quiet. For a budget hotel close to downtown, it’s just fine! We would definitely stay there again give the price and friendly staff.
