The front desk was incredibly unhelpful adding my business partner to my room reservation. I got it done through Expedia and got a confirmation. but when she checked in the same woman I spoke with at the front desk told her that her name wasn’t on it and made her wait three hours in the lobby late at night. When I arrived to check us in, they said the room was NOT under my name. It was under hers. So they had her waiting all night by error. When we got to our room there were hairs left all over the shower from the previous guest and the remodel of the bathroom was done incorrectly so the door couldn’t swing closed past the toilet. Wide open bathroom? No. So grateful the trip was only one night but if it had been longer or we would have arrived earlier in the day, we would have eaten the cost and left.

Don’t stay here

First they overbooked so the suite I booked a week prior to arrival we didn’t get. The room they switched us to smelled like weed so bad we had to move rooms. The floor was so dirty there was stuff stuck to our feet Second the whole reason we chose this hotel was for the shuttle to the airport. They use a SUV that only seats 4 people. Our flight got back at midnight. We had to sit outside for an hour because they could only fit 4 people at a time and only had one vehicle. Will never stay here again
