nice room - large and light but the air con was hopeless! Bathroom very badly designed with nowhere to unpack toiletries except at the back of the toilet cistern! But the staff were really great and very welcoming and helpful. Dining room was a bit dull but we were given great recommendations for other places to eat! Really good location and pretty groovy vibe.

Loved my (short) stay. The staff are just lovely and helpful, the room gorgeous, shower was wonderful, dinner delicious and the bed very comfy. The only downside is also the plus side, it’s right in the middle of the tourist area and across from the station so has that ‘inner city’ dirt/noise, but neither come into the hotel so the experience is great. Just be aware there is a lift from the street where the train station is. I got a good workout going up the public stairs, again good after sitting and travel. Overall beautiful hotel, even more beautiful team.

Gardens very well kept a pleasure to sit out and relax. Food very good, the ham hock terine starter was great. Sasha our waitress serving breakfast was really lovely, just a glow about her. The smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were lovely.
