The property is dated, furniture in room is visibly worn. AC works great in room, and that's the only place you will find AC. There is no AC in halls, lobby or restaurant. Try to find an ice maker that works is a challenge and no signs telling you were you can find the one working ice maker which is on ground floor. Breakfast was barely ok, watery eggs and sausage that didn't look cooked. What we paid per night was a rip off for what we got in my opinion.

The bed was not comfortable, too soft and could feel the springs in it. Then our shower didn’t work and the sink in the bathroom would only drain if the drain was lifted.

The staff was amazing. We stayed for almost a week. They were excellent. Dealt with multiple frond counter, maintenence, and housekeeping. The morning breakfast buffet staff was great! We ate once at the element lounge attached to the hotel, and experienced some of the worst service ever would not recommend. The condition of the hotel is in dire need of repair. Carpets need replacing, wallpaper peeling from the wall, showers had soap scum, all of the fixtures were heavily damaged with chips and scratches in wood. Clearly haven't been replaced or fixed in well over a decade. Overall we had a great stay. If the staff wasn't so amazing I'm not sure we would come back due to the lack of repairs and updating. 10/10 for the staff element though. I hope they get treated good because every single one of them was amazing!

a tired old property currently in legal receivership; large and well-appointed king room but dated bathroom fixtures with low water pressure; very old and noisy hvac system and couldn’t open window for ventilation; excellent attached restaurant with hearty hot breakfast included in room rate.

If you stay here, be sure to have room on your credit card for the full stay and deposit. They will not allow you to pay the room on your debit and put the deposit on your credit card. If you are poolside, you can not visit with anyone after 10PM, even tho this is your deck space. The coffee is see through bean water, but the rest of the food wasn't horrible. The cleaning staff is amazing, but the front desk staff really aren't very helpful. I also bought a pair of pants from the gift shop, only to get them home and find the waist band is streched to the point that Santa himself could wear them. We were lucky to use a booking site, because anyone who used the team code wasnt able to cancel their bookings with two weeks before the event, because of every made up rule they could think of. There is no hot tub in the pool, and the waterslides have such poor water pressure almost every child on the team ended up with friction burns from the slide. I myself stopped multiple times going down, because lack of water flow. This hotel needs a lot of work.
