The pictures on website of hotel amenities and rooms are not what you get once there. The photos are a misrepresentation of actual reality. I did online check in and get to hotel to get key and had to check in again. Clerk apologized and found the paperwork. My worry is my credit card used twice for holds. The lobby was updated but once we started to our room on main floor it was like we entered a different hotel. Carpet was old musty smell in hallway. Got to our room where we can hear a crying, screaming kids next door. We entered and the room was musty and nothing like the pictures. We closed our door which kept on beeping. Went to front desk to ask for different room due to kids and let me say this was at 1130pm. Clerk came and we had to slam our door to stop the beeping. We asked for different room and basically told us no rooms. This place was not full. Being tired after a long day of travel we accepted our fate for 7 hours in a smelly room. We checked for bedbugs. None!! Went to shower and the shower wouldn’t work. The whole facet and knobs were poorly installed as the whole unit moved. We called front desk to complain and told us in a few hours someone could look at it. We declined as it would be 3am. My husband finally able to get the pull down part from facet released and got shower to work. The air conditioner kept turning off and room temperature would rise and so would the musty smell. I didn’t want to even think what the splatter was on the headboard.

The room and bathroom are clean. The only problem with this property is that they do not have an elevator. You have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

Our family needed a place to sleep on our road trip. We found this place near the highway and it was so affordable. The check in was fast. The staff were so friendly and nice. The breakfast was great. They had juices, milk, cereal, muffins, bread, pancakes, egged, sausages, hashbrowns, yogurt. It was a full continental breakfast that was included in the price. The rooms was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here if we stop over in Medicine Hat.

Was a good place to stop and rest on our travels. Check in was a little slow, thankfully we pre booked our room. Rooms are clean, wifi is good, room comes equipped with a mini fridge, tv, a.c, and all basic amenities such a coffee maker. Worth the price.
