Rooms themselves were ok. There was exterior work going on which we weren’t told about and on more than one occasion looked out the window to see someone looking back. Didn’t expect them to be working on a weekend. Also, 2/4 of us injured ourselves between the adjoining doors for our room. They were incredible heavy and hard (even for myself as an adult) to open one without the other shutting on you, and it had a weird ledge at the bottom, so it was def felt!!!! Pool area was SO hot on the first day we only lasted 20 mins. Noone else was in it as you could barely breath. Had called for towels and young staff member didn’t see anything wrong with the temp. Aside from those issues, it was a good stay

We did not enjoy the motorcycle gang parked in front of the lobby with their table set up, their truck parked fight in front of the hotel. There was no way to avoid them as we entered the hotel. They set up their table chairs and were drinking right there. They were not disruptive but just the presence was intimidating They remained there well into the night perhaps all night and were there in the morning The staff were watchful and polite during this event Perhaps nothing they could do with this obvious display of territory claim fir the 12 hours we were there

One step above the rest. Nice pool area, good breakfast and dining ambience, beautiful room, and welcoming to us as well as our guests! Even good coffee in the lobby later in the day! Worth every penny.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, including the daytime and nighttime front desk staff, the cleaning and repair service staff, and the breakfast attendants. They were very accommodating for my family, including a puppy and a senior dog, and friendly to talk to. I also enjoyed the clean breakfast area, the pool for my kids, the water/tea/coffee available at all hours, easy parking, and walking distance to BPs. It was also conveniently located to my daughter's baseball diamonds for her tournament and gas stations/convenience stores.
