Worst service, front desk lies

The front desk person reassured me that my deposit would be returned first thing the next day, instead my account was charged and now I’m being told I have to wait 3 to 5 business days. I asked several times if it would be 3 to 5 days and was told several times that was not the case, I had the cash and made that clear, but was told I had nothing to worry about the money would definitely be returned in the morning.

Good night sleep

The counter lady was kinda rude but slowly softened up towards the end and we were able to check in early. The room was peaceful and the bed was comfy, had a great sleep and was grateful for the dove products! Thanks for the waffles too!

The room I got this time was dirty. The sink and counter were dirty. As well as some ares of the bathtub. The shower head was not working well. Most of the water was coming from the tap instead of the shower head

Was fine for one night stay, served our travel purposes. However, elevator out of service and we were stuck for quite awhile in hot cramped elevator space with no air circulation. Front Desk had technician and firefighters on it. Thankful for her assistance during ordeal.

I booked this hotel based on location to my relatives home in Medford and it being dog friendly. I knew I had a winner when I drove up and there was a area with artificial turf and fire hydrant right up front. Doggie poop bag dispensers and receptacles in multiple spaces. Me and my 11 YO Lab stayed six nights and were never disturbed by other guests or dogs. An occasional faint "woof", but to be expected by dog owners. The room was clean, updated in the last few years and quiet. Great bed and HVAC worked fine without excess noise. I did not use housekeeping during my visit except to get a replacement Kleenex box (got a cold) and a toothbrush I had forgotten to pack. Breakfast had a great variety with cute mini Belgian Waffles. It rained a lot and you had to choose your parking carefully as water did pond in places. It is literally in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc if that is your goal. Will definitely use again if in Medford.
