The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The lodge has little details that make it worthwhile, such as a full drink station right when you walk in and free unlimited firewood. It's a very cozy, pretty and comfortable place to stay.

Hotel staff charged me a 2nd time for the same room as Hotels .com who I had already paid 8 hrs earlier, had not sent payment to hotel staff yet. Pillows provided were very thick with no other options even though there were 6 pillows on bed.

Worst anniversary stay

The fountain outside our room was noisy and blocked the only animals we did see, lovely seeing it mostly empty. The community sharing wasn't told to us nor what i thought i was paying for. Hot sucked it was just a deep tub that pushed water around and the shower leaks.
